UPSC CSE 2013 Rank 18. Dr. Roman Saini is a 2014 batch IAS officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre. A former AIIMS doctor, he cleared the UPSC exam in his first attempt at the age of 22. He later resigned from the IAS to co-found Unacademy, one of India's largest online learning platforms.
